We have made great progress at our Missouri City project with the outdoor patio remodel. The roof has been replaced and the roof for the new patio has been tied into the main house for a seamless look. Just a few more finishing touches to complete this project.

Tomball Project Update: The form for the foundation of the apartment addition is in place and concrete will be poured this week. The plumbing has also been put into place. We can't wait to share with you the next phase of this project.

We had a chance to revisit our Creek Bend project from 2023. Earlier photos were missing some of the newer furniture pieces, so we tasked Enid with the reshoot.

The Creek Bend project was a renovation project that included a full master restroom, office, and playroom remodel. Every inch of the home was refinished and given a breath of fresh air. Over the next few days, we will take you on a virtual tour of this project.

The gorgeous dining room shown is the work of Brooke Bowman of Bowman Design Studio. Every detail of this space was meticulously gone through and is what you see today. She had a vision for the space and we made it a reality.

Tomball Project Update: We have sliding glass doors! These new sliding doors will offer the clients a convenient and elegant ease of access to their newly remodeled patio and pool area once it's complete. These doors will also allow a ton of natural light into the house.

Mark had the most amazing opportunity to stay in a home. Is this something you would like for us to look into as options for a secondary or main, off the grid home? We heard that there are now glass options in lieu of the plastic front. What an exciting stay, Mark!

Today at our Tomball project the crew demoed the brick wall separating the patio from the living area. They then removed the existing windows. All this is in preparation for putting in large sliding glass doors.

We gave you a sneak peek of our newest project the other day, this new project is for a client in Missouri City. We are replacing the roof and renovating the back patio. We look forward to sharing the progress and can't wait to show you the finished project.

Project update: The plumbing and layout of the primary bathroom at our Westchester project is coming along. This master bath is going to be a stunning retreat for the client once it's complete.

Project Update: We have sheetrock on site! The major framing and electrical work has been installed and we are almost ready for the sheet rock to go up.

ICYMI: The concrete has been poured at our Tomball project and the patio cover is nearly complete, just needs those Revive finishing touches.

Tomball Project Update: The new patio cover is in and the form for the concrete pour for the new deck has been put into place. Tile work for the pool is done and ready for plaster. MB Land Design

Safety is the number one priority. This massive 33 foot Steel beam measuring 10 inches in height and approximately 600 lbs in weight had to be put in to reinforce the structure once all the walls were removed to create the open concept. In order to put this bad boy into place we had to cut a hole in the hallway on the second floor so the hoist could slowly lift it into place. The client can rest easy knowing that this beam will stand the test of time.

Westchester Project Update: The open concept layout has been established by removing all 3 walls which were the formal dining room previously. Now you can really get a sense for how big this space actually is.

Westchester will be a full top to bottom, interior and exterior remodel for our clients. We will give you regular updates and we can't wait to show you the finished project.

The primary bath of the in-law suite at our Richmond Project has come a long way since the last time we visited. We've got paint, fixtures and the tile in the shower now.

Our Richmond project is moving along quite nicely, we have flooring throughout the in-law suite and the vision for the kitchen is taking shape with that gorgeous backsplash install.
