Have been busy the past several weeks but haven’t been able to post what we have been working on due to the customer and the sensitivity of their product but we did have a fun project this past week that we can share. Were able to knock out a set of custom control arm bushings for a local racer. Bushings were made from UHMW polyethylene ( much better than what the big box stores sale) and the steel inserts made from 4130 chromoly.

Spindle mounting plates that we knocked out for one of our contract machining customers. Parts were in customer’s hands 5 buisness days after reception of purchase order. Quick turn around is one of our specialties.

BBF starter adapter/spacer/ clocking mechanism for a customer. This project involved solid modeling, 3D printing for verification, and machining.

Customer needed custom wheel spacers. For aesthetic reasons, a traditional round spacer wouldn’t suffice. We measured the wheel geometry and develop a spacer that matched quite well. From design to product.
