On Site BBQ Catering Uncle Al has been bbq'ing and smoking meat for family members and close friends for over 23 years.
Uncle Al's first smoker was a small 10" "Webers Smokey Joe"pit (1990). He graduated (four years later) to a Brinkmann 810 style grill/smoker....he was so proud of this unit as he received so many compliments on the smoked turkeys he would smoke for Thanksgiving and family reunions. Uncle Al's BBQ raised over $2,500 for the Veterans of Foreign War at this year's Dana Point BBQ Championship! It was a lot of work, but would do it all over again as it's a worthy cause.
