These dōTERRA DIY Surface Cleansing Wipes don't take long to make and can be used at your convenience, whenever you need help cleaning up a mess. 🤭

Ingredients:
• 100 ml white vinegar
• 2 cups of boiled (cooled) water
• 1 tablespoon On Guard® Cleaner Concentrate/ Dishwashing liquid
• 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 10 drops Tea Tree Essential oil
• Muslin Cloth
• Sealable container or large glass jar

Instructions:
1. Cut muslin cloth in squares.
2. In a large bowl, combine the liquid ingredients.
3. Arrange the cloths on top of each other and place into a sealable container.
4. Pour the liquid solution into the container on top of the cloths, ensuring they are covered with liquid and are damp, seal the container.
5. To use, pull a cloth out of the container and wipe surface. If cloth dries out, dampen with water before use.
6. After use, simply wash the cloth and reuse.

*Keep for up to 1 week.

A week of discussion around grief. In the midst of mental health awareness day I can’t think of a better way to end this discussion than with matters of the heart. When grief cuts like a knife you can often find yourself having physical pain in the heart center. I remember it all too well. A stabbing, gnawing pain that takes your breath away. The heart literally hurts. When this occurs we turn to our floral oils. They help us turn into that painful sadness and feel and process. This is the only way to move through it...you can’t ignore it, you can’t medicate it, you have to fully feel it in order to process it. I recommend any of these blends or single oils and encourage people to rub on the wrists and heart center and just lean into the grief and let the tears flow. The smells access our emotional brain where we store emotions and trauma and enhance the ability to handle those emotions. 💜

Friends, I love you. But NO...they are NOT the same.

I get it. If it says 100% pure, organic, tested, and has also been slapped with fancy advertising of promising THIS or THAT, it MUST be just like it, or even close.

No. Not at all.

Here’s what many don’t know:

-Essential oils are NOT regulated.

-If a company wants to put “100% pure” on a bottle, it only needs 10% pure product in it. It then can be filled with anything else (alcohol, petroleum, perfumes, olive oil, etc.)

-Most of the essential oils on the market (if they aren’t just straight up synthetic and man-made) are adulterated. This can be from the soil, pesticides, how the oils were distilled (many are extracted using chemicals), or companies adding perfumes or alcohols to intensify the aroma.

-Even if many companies claim to be completely pure without all of the fillers and whatnot, we still have to take into consideration the SCIENCE of it all: where the raw material was harvested (lavender from France will have a different natural chemical breakdown than the lavender flower in your front yard), weather, was the plant harvested at the heightened peak of its “ripeness”, was it distilled at the right temperature? (Too high and the health benefits that come from that oil can be burned, too low of temperature and you won’t get enough.)

The testing CERTIFIED PURE THERAPEUTIC GRADE (CPTG) process of dōTERRA has completely changed the way we can now look at the scientific side of essential oils.
