ENGINEERS.:-Sir we have done 22
years of hard work commitments
and with hope..our parents have
invested lakhs of rupees for our
education..But sir what is the use
of it..Even after hard work for
such a long time we are
unemployed..My college dint even
call up for a single company in
campus drive.My seniors asked
me to create account in naukri..
But no use.. I onlyget updates for
b.p.o and tech supports..sir
s.s.l.c is more than enough to
work in a b.p.oSeniors then asked
me to go in search of a job
myself..I did.. BUT companies
today don't need fresher's they
only need experience
candidate..Companies are hiring
fresher's only ifthey have good
reference..But I don'thave
reference or influence :-I
failed...Then some people asked
me to approach some industries
and to hand over my resumes to
hand it over to watch man's.. I
even did that..But watch man
answers me that our company has
vacancies only for I.t.I and
diplomas,we don't need
engineers..I failed....Then some
people suggested me to join some
consultancy..I even did
that..consultancy showed me a
ray of hope. They arranged me for
a interview.. I went there..first
questionasked by h.r was :- what
wil u do from morning til evening.
I answeredthat I SEARCH jobs..he
laughed at me and suggested to
join some courses.. Okie..I even
did that by investing some more
money to complete my dreams.
Then consultancy arranged me for
one more interview I went
there...it was a small scale
industry.. I got selected in 3
rounds of interview..H.R offered
me 8000 to 10000 rupees per
month with a two years bond in a
metropolitan city where I at least
need 10000 rupees to fulfill my
basic needs has a
bachelor..Respected sir would u
accept this type of a job..I guess
NO..My friend who has secured
very less marks than me us
working in a M.N.Cwil a package
of 25000 because he had
influence..Sir we have invested
lakhs and have done hard work
not to earn 8000.we avoid
attending family programmes not
because we have EGO but its
because we don't have job.. First
question asked by relatives is

parents the first question they

HOW TO BLOCK WEBSITE ON YOUR PC WITHOUT USING ANY APPLICATION.

Sometimes we do not want the users
of a particular computer or network
to open a particular website. For
example we want our children or our
friends to stop accessing a website
then we needs to block that website
on the computer or network.
Although web browsers provide
facilities to block a website but they
do not work always and it is quite
easy to undo the settings. So
through this guide I will show you
how to block websites by using
computer’s host file . By settings a
password for your host file, other
users will not be able to unblock the
websites back. Here are the steps:
1. Open the ‘Command Prompt’
and type "notepad C:/Windows/
System32/drivers/etc/hosts" and
start instead of moving cursor just
start typing, the host file will be
open in Notepad.
2. Now in the host file find the
line that says: "127.0.0.1 localhost,”.
Bellow this line type the IP address
and name of the website that you
want to block separating by a space.
If you want to block more than one
site write the similar details in
individual line. For example if you
want to block Facebook.com then
write the following line:
66.220.158.11 www.facebook.com
3. To find out the IP address of a
website open the command prompt
and type "ping www.facebook.com"
and press Enter key. If a website
has more than one IP address then
write each one with the website
name in separate line.
4. Save the host file after adding
the details of all website that you
want to block and close the host file
and command prompt.

* Autorun.inf
* new folder.exe
* Iexplorer.vbs
* Bha.vbs
* nfo.exe
* New_Folder.exe
* ravmon.exe
* RVHost.exe or any other files with
extension.
Actually this viruses are hidden and
can't be seen even after
you enable show hidden folders.
Following simple dos command will
change the attributes of
these files ,there after you can
remove it by pressing delete
key.

Follow these steps:

Step1.:Type cmd in Run

Step2.: Switch to the drive on which
pen drive is connected
(like C:\> h: enter)

Step3.: type exactly as attrib -s -h
*.* /s /d and hit enter
(don't forget spaces).

Now you can see hidden virus files
and you can delete them.
Done NjOy.....!!!
