Governor Mutfwang secures scholarship opportunities for outstanding Engineering students with the Liberty University, Lynchburg, West-Virginia, United States of America.

As results from the official trip of His Excellency, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Governor Plateau state begins to unfold, the Governor is pleased to announce the award of scholarships to Engineering students of Plateau extraction by the Engineering Department of Liberty University, Lynchburg, West Virginia, USA.

The Governor who had delivered a keynote speech during the 2023 CEO summit organised by the University extensively undertook several consultations, partnership meetings and public engagements during the CEO Summit 2023 which was organised by the University and hosted Chief Executives of global conglomerates from across the world.

As a result of very detailed engagement with the Faculty, School of Engineering, the President of the Faculty and his PhD students outrightly offered a full time scholarship for 5 best Undergraduate students of Engineering and Architecture to study a post graduate degree in Artificial intelligence, Robots, 3D designs and Printing.

Following this development, His Excellency has approved the dissemination of this scholarship as an open opportunity for all Plateau indigenes and Graduates who will meet up with the requirements to be published soon to prepare for submission of requisite documents to the Commissioner of Education for necessary processing and selection.

Dàmn what the society/family has got to say because this messed up African society will always have something to say; MANAGE. Marriage is not a bed of roses, neither should it be a bed of thorns.

God hates divorce, but the marriage God wants for you isn't one filled with pain and abuse. Y'all make it look like God thinks like the average African that cares only about the status of being married. No! God prioritizes you over an abusive marriage of any kind. This enduring suffering just to retain the title of MRS is not a virtue at all. You need to realize that at all times, what God wants for you is not something that is set to kill you.

Awe Council Chair Holds Special Prayer For Governor Sule

A special prayer has been held for Governor Abdullahi Sule as he heads to Appeal Court seeking the upturn of the recent judgement of the Governorship Election Petition (GEPT) sitting in Lafia.

The Tribunal chaired by Justice Ajayi on Monday October 02 sacked him from office and declared PDP's David Ombugadu as the lawfully elected Governor of the State in the March 18 gubernatorial election.

Reacting, the Executive Chairman of Awe Local Government Council, Mr Umar Usman, held a special prayer alongside prominent religious clerics in the Area and cabinet members to seek God's intervention.

The session was held at the Council Chamber of the Secretariat in Awe on Sunday October 08 yesterday.
