2024 Illinois Class State Championship — Chess Weekend

Sunday, November 24 is the Illinois Class State Championship. This is a unique event: a one-day championship event with eight sections and it's held on a Sunday. Sections MX through D have a $6000 guaranteed prize fund -- 20% increase over last year. The bottom three sections have trophies/awards and a lower entry fee. Sign up by Nov. 15 (that's this Friday) for the lowest entry fee. See you there!

Are you a FIDE-titled player FM/WFM or higher? The 2024 Illinois Class State Championship will be held 11/24/2024, and we offer free entry to Illinois GMs, WGMs, IMs, WIMs, FMs, WFMs. Please contact us by 11/10/24 for the free entry.
