The Africa Alpbach Virtual Summit 2023 themed 'Festival of Ideas' commeneces on Thursday, November 9th, to Friday, November 10th, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:15 PM GMT.

Here are the session leads for the first days breakout sessions.

📌 Day 1 is all about crafting the future of our Network. We're diving into three working groups: Fundraising & Growth, Media, and Programmes. Together, we'll draw inspiration from our draft strategy to brainstorm and shape the path ahead.

The Africa Alpbach Virtual Summit 2023 is here again! 💃🏽🥁🕺🏽
This year’s theme is ‘Festival of Ideas’, and the Summit will provide a space for AAN to look inward and identify opportunities for collaboration among members while creating a roadmap for our future activities!
Date: Thursday 9th to Friday 10th November 2023
Time: 5:00 - 7:15 PM GMT
Venue: Online - Zoom

📌 Day 1 - Would focus on Ideas for the Network: Members would split into three working groups: Fundraising & Growth, Media, and Programmes. Drawing from our draft strategy, these breakouts would discuss ideas to shape the future of the Network.

📌Day 2 - Discuss Ideas Changing the World to discuss how we, as AAN, can contribute our quota to these crucial topics: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Clean Energy, and The Creative Economy in Africa. The three working groups (Fundraising & Growth, Media, and Programmes) would reconvene to develop road maps with timelines for 2024 and beyond.

By encouraging youth to take an active role in shaping the future, we can create a more inclusive and sustainable world for all.
