Hatha Yoga is the physical part of Yoga and aims to improve your health of body and mind. Our classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate.

We focus on breathing techniques (pranayama) gentle Hatha poses (asanas), deep relaxation and meditation. Class schedule:

Monday 8.30am - 9.30am
Wednesday 8.30am - 9.30am

Friday 8.30am - 9.30am

The last Yoga class of this year 2020 finished this morning. What a strange year it has been. We all had and still have our different individual experiences with the Pandamic. Hope, Faith and Gratitude is what stands out the most for me personally. And so I will retreat with the small circle of my tribe, taking a long needed rest and recharge my energies. I wish you a peaceful Christmas this year and look forward to new beginnings in 2021.
The studio opens up for classes again on Monday the 4th January 2021. We still keep online classes going until further notice πŸ’œ

The breathing practice clears my fear and anxiety.
Holding each pose, stretching my muscles is keeping my body & mind flexible.

What better way to celebrate Full Moon than in total relaxation πŸ’œ Yoga with Stef and Presley Naidoo Acupuncture invited to an hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation combined with acupuncture.
Setting the needles at key points to enhance the feeling/state of deep relaxation enabled every one taking part, to really let go of stress, anxiety and even pain πŸ’œ

OPEN STUDIO DAY, Saturday 25th January was a very successful event!!
A BIG THANK YOU goes to Dianne Drake from Zazinto bags, Cheryl Gundert and Wendy Jones from Chendywearableart and Jo Yeatman from Flow by Topaz. These beautiful souls took their time to present their stunning clothing at my little market. πŸ™πŸ’œ

The bright shining light to health was held by Presley Naidoo, who had nearly all attending guests in needles with his acupuncture πŸ˜ŠπŸ™

Thanks to the supporting neighborhood in Umgeni Park for showing up and not to forget, my dear husband Michael, giving a helping hand where ever it was needed and my long time students holding the energy and space, Yoga with Stef represents.

We are happily looking forward to many more events this year. Watch this space!!! πŸŽ‰πŸ’•

Beginning of November 2019 we moved home and Yoga Studio to the neighborhood in Umgeni Park, Durban North. Settling in always takes it own time and I don't force things anymore...πŸ˜‰ ' What's meant to be, will be' ....
After adding some colour and patterns to the studio walls, I am VERY HAPPY. The Studio reflects a very calming and peaceful energy. We finished paint work just in time for the Open Studio Day, Saturday 25th January πŸ™πŸ•‰πŸ’›πŸ’œ

For the woman who was fired for her fourth late because she has been awake for a straight week with a sick child.

For the single mom who doesn't know how the utilities are going to stay on this month.

For the woman who has gone through 2 IVF's and has tried for five years without success but still shows up to every baby shower for her friends.

For the woman who still hasn't forgiven herself for the abortion that she had 20 years ago.

For the woman who has a line of judging eyes at her and her children as she counts out coins or has to put something back at the supermarket.

For the woman that opens the door to the news of her husband being killed overseas three weeks before he was to return home.

For the woman that lives with a quiet anxiety because nobody understands what you could possibly be stressed about.

For the woman that gives to her family all day- everyday and just needs a break.

For the woman that smiles at strangers all day in public- but weeps silently every night.

For the woman who has wanted to end it all but found strength to carry on.

For the woman that heard the rumour about herself at church today.

For the woman sleeping next to a stranger every night.

For the woman whose genetics will never allow her to look like the ones in the magazines.

For the woman that endures one broken relationship after another because there was no father around to teach her what love looks like.

For the woman raising a fatherless daughter and praying that history doesn't repeat itself.

For the woman who loves with all her heart who’s desperate to be loved.

For every single woman that cries in the shower so that nobody else can see. Because if you aren't strong-nobody is.

Just because the water washes your tears doesn't mean that you don't cry. Just because you cry doesn’t mean that you’re not strong enough to handle it.

I am you. I see you. I am with you, I cry with you. I love you.

Women get more beautiful as they grow older. Not less.
Female youth is only prized in modern culture because it doesn't represent as much of a threat spiritually to anyone who is frightened of divine feminine power.

As women grow and mature, they call in stronger forces of sacred feminine wisdom. They vibrate with the creative power of their stories.

They are more of a force to be reckoned with.

They see more, know more, feel more. They put up with a lot less bu****it.

When women are trained into thinking there is something fundamentally wrong with getting older, and are coerced into spending money, energy and power investing in 'slowing the signs of ageing', an enormous vault of divine love is lost.

Just think what would happen if all the women in the world started loving themselves even more with every year that passed.

Perhaps a total revolution would occur.~
