Calvin Chen surprised with birthday cake

MTV VJ Calvin Chen will celebrate his birthday on November 10, his juniors Zhou Ding Wei and Hong Shi Han brought out his surprise birthday cake during the program recording, the two even wished him to be more and more handsome, making Calvin Chen happily joke, "When I'm going to be busy in the future, I will make Zhou Ding Wei substitute for me." When Zhou Ding Wei heard this, he said, "I will hold you to that!"

Calvin Chen who will celebrate his 32nd birthday on November 10, during the Nov 6 episode of his program "JKPOP", Zhou Ding Wei and Hong Shi Han appeared in the studio, holding his lucky number 7 birthday cake to surprise their senior. The three people blew out the candles together, making Calvin joke, "This is this year's first birthday cake given to me. You two really won first place!" This is Calvin's third year as MTV VJ and he also joked that he gave his youth to MTV.

During last year's birthday, he promised he will get married by age 35. A year on, he's still nowhere closer to his wish, but he said the schedule will continue. When asked about his birthday wish, he said in addition to TV dramas, his biggest wish is to enter the movie circle. Recently he's been working out to get more and more buff, and his additional wish is to get 6-pack abs.
