Bulking time is back for me! 3 months to be exact. This is my lunch for today. And then I'll have some salmon and same rice and veggies for dinner tonight.

Its been a long while... Too long of a while since I have been active on this page...
I started this page in hopes to help people out, motivate them, and show them that consistency is key.
Well I realized I was not consistent my self, I went from almost hitting my goals and posting alot, to reverting back to no excercise and no motivation to post.
This year has been different, I have maintained an active lifestyle for the whole year. I needed to be consistent with myself before I could show consistency for you.
The first picture is from December 2018 in which I weighed 186lbs. I made a change in Janurary 2019, I set up achieveable goals and hit every single one sofar this year.
I am now down to 158.8 as of today. There have been struggles with motivation, but I blasted through the negative thoughts and kept pushing.
I leaped out of my comfort zone to start loosing weight at a rapid pace, in which I have and still continue to do. My goal is to reach 150lbs by the end of September 2019. Once that is obtained I will start a full Lean Bulk program until January 2020.
I found alot of different key routines that have tremendously helped me through this journey.
You can find alot of programs out there by the pros in fitness, however not everything works for everyone! However the 5 key cores that do provide results are;
1.Motivation
2.Consistency
3.Making better food choices
4.Sticking with the basics
5.And CARDIO!
I plan to start posting more work out routines with examples of the workout and examples of sets/reps. There are small differences to cutting and bulking.
Let me know what your goals are and I will reach out and start helping you through the struggles you are facing. I will help you reach your goal.

2013 vs 2019 -
I knew one day I'd get back to where I was. And finally, 6 years later and about 20 lbs heavier, I made the progress. -
I still have a long way to go. I have about 20 lbs to shed and I'm determined to do so. -
So in gbr next few months, there's going to be a lot of changes made to my routine. Lately it's been tough to get out of the current routine. But I think I've come up with a plan to make it happen. In AND out of the truck. -
Wish me luck and I wish EVERYONE out there good luck in your fitness journey. No matter if you're starting out or deep into your plan. -

Alright, everyone! I know we haven't posted here in a while. So I wanted to say Hey!
Things are getting pretty busy in my and Chris's life. Tax season rolling around, hitting the gym, taking care of family.......the norm. We will be coming up with a few things over the next couple of months. One of them being a giveaway.
Videos will be planned and various other projects will be gone through. P4M Fitness isn't down and out. We're just planning and prepping for a big year. Things WILL get big in 2017 for us. We'll be bringing the fire. Be prepared, Phamily! Sh*t's about to get REAL!
I will be at VASA Fitness in Ogden from 5 pm to 8 pm today only. I will have a table set up and product samples to try out.

Actually doing the work is where you'll feel the most satisfaction. You'll know on those days or nights that when you go home sore and can barely move the muscles you worked, that it was a good workout. -
Fitness is a journey. Enjoy it, explore it and once you're hooked, you'll love it. But you'll NEVER be done! -

Have you meal prepped for this week? Did you know meal prepping is a key essential for achieving YOUR fitness goals?? The best way to keep your body metabolic and anabolic is making sure you're eating something every 3 hours.
Now you must be thinking "man that's alot of food to ingest for a day". Well you're wrong, when i say eat every 3 hours i dont mean a meal. Yes you still need your 3 main meals a day, just add in a small thing of yogurt and oats, Fruit, protein shakes or bars. Ingesting something every three hours trains your bodies metabolism to "burn that food" because it knows you're going to be tossing more in.
Now my meals are very basic, carbs protien, and veggies. Yes mine are the exact same type of meals each day but yours can vary! Add steak, go get that pork, toss in asparagus, whip up southwest chicken salad. Just remeber nutrition is 80% of any fitness goal, do it correctly and reap the benefits.
