Mats in place & looking forward to tonights yoga class
New adults weekly class for Autumn focusing on a physical yoga practice with relaxation, ideal for improving fitness, core strength, rebalancing, refreshing and the ideal start to the week.
6-7pm every week, starting Monday 10th of October @ Canolfan Hermon.
£6 per sessions, delivered by an experienced & qualified yoga instructor.
Namaste - Monday night class will close the summer. In break period I'm planning one off yoga outdoor events throughout the summer (Off the grid, back to nature) around Pembs/Carms. So watch this space for dates and I look forward to seeing you on the beach or in the mountains. Thank you for the support, been an pleasure to share many beautiful sessions with you lovely people.
