Ok Guys & Gals, please not too much ribbing on this …
But … A little brag time for me.
At the recently concluded NOTE EXPO 2018 in Dallas (The Premier Annual Note Event), one of my case studies was selected as one of the top the three nationally.
The attendees did the voting. Although I fell three votes shy as top Performing Case Study … in what I was told was the closest vote ever … my case study nonetheless was selected as the Top “Partial” Case Study.
For those unfamiliar with “Notes” or “Partials”;
- “Notes” are the Paperwork (Promissory Note – i.e. promise to pay) part of real estate as opposed to the bricks and mortar.
- “Partials” are where part of that stream of payments is sold to a Passive Investor where the investor obtains a strong monthly return which is very well secured by real estate. (As an investor, think of receiving monthly payments from a CD, with nearly the same security but at 5 -6 times that rate.) If you would like more details, get back with me.
