No membership Required. $12 drop-in fee, or 5 classes for $55 or 10 classes for $100.

Especially if you currently don’t have a GoodLife membership, your membership is still on hold, or you just want to do Zumba without a gym membership.

Starting June 7th, I’ll be teaching Zumba at Boler Mountain, Tuesday’s & Thursday’s @ 5:30pm.

It says Bootcamp, but once you click the link, it will include Zumba. Registration is not open yet, but wanted to give you guys a heads up.

Cost will be $12 drop-in fee, or you could buy the Yoga class passes and use them for Zumba.

What is a star? A very large BRIGHT, GLOWING ball of energy and matter in a dark night sky. A fixed luminous point that can give direction when things are dark. A star shines due to thermonuclear fusion in its core releasing energy that radiates into outer space for others to see.

In Zumba, there is not just one star, we are all stars in this sense...not in what we have come to know a “star” to be. That is a “celebrity” or famous person. This is not about fame, it’s about something that happens on the inside that had an impact on those around you. This is all of us, from the first timer on the back row, to the front row diva, to the instructor in the front. When we dance, something happens on the inside of us that shines so brightly it can illuminate dark places.

Right now, we all need a little more of that.

So keep shining bright, keep lighting the way for others, keep releasing energy, and keep dancing!
