Good morning everyone! There is a slight change with my evening hours this week. I will be closed this evening, but will be open Thursday and Friday from 4:30-6pm.

Thank you to everyone that was at our Intro to Yoga event on Friday!! I really enjoyed meeting everyone and learning more about yoga.

I'm happy to announce that we will be holding yoga every Thursday at 6pm. Current location will be Victory. Please pre-register as we are limited for to space. I will be working on finding a bigger space as well.

Oh, it's national mason jar day too, if you're like me then you love mason jars! I actually use them to make my scoopable wax melt, which they look so cute in (they are minis, I'll share a pic on the comments)!

Sorry friends, I'm a little late to the party this morning. I'll be here until 7am, then back again this evening from 4:30-6:30pm! This Polar Blast is so delicious that I'm having it again today!! It's a little bit of blue raspberry mixed with grape, yummy!!

We also have cake bombs (only a few, they're flying) and healthier Scotcharoos 😁

Anyway, on to the good stuff.... You'll find me at Victory Juneau WI today from 6am-7am. I have a special running this week (since it's so cold and we have snow), the Polar Blast!! This will be a pomegranate, grape and Blue raspberry flavor. I'm excited to try it! 😁

We also still have Scotcharoos and cake bombs (yes bombs because, well, you have to see them to understand 🤣).

It's big sales Friday!! Come on in, we'll be here 6am-4pm to serve up some yummy drinks and treats. There's some protein balls left, protein Scotcharoos, and things that look like cake pops (my first attempt, the taste good lol). Oh yeah, and we'll be making mini donuts!!! There's also some deals going on. So, you don't want to miss today and we hope to see you!

I have a special this week, Grateful Heart! It's a big blast of flavor! We also have chocolate banana protein balls topped with either just chocolate or chocolate and our Caramel Macchiato blend.
