I have blessed to learn about Wildtree 14 years ago when dealing with unstable high blood pressure, due to an unhealthy lifestyle as a trucking wife with my husband. BBQ Chicken Pita Pizzas"

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons Rodeo Rub
1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
6 (6-inch) pitas
3/4 cup Cactus Pete's Agave BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup red onion sliced

Directions:
Add chicken, Rodeo Rub, and Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bag contents completely before following the recipe.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add contents of the freezer bag and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through: 165°F.
Place pita bread on sheet pans and evenly spread with Cactus Pete’s Agave BBQ Sauce. Top pitas with shredded mozzarella cheese, red onion, and cooked chicken.
Bake pita pizzas for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas begin to brown.
*Optional: drizzle pita pizzas with Chipotle Ranch Dressing. CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING: Combine 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon Chipotle Ranch in a small bowl, and mix until completely combined. *Nutrition information includes Chipotle Ranch Dressing.

Who thinks you can't have a healthy meal for just one person? Well it is very simple!!! Just put about 3 small pieces of boneless chicken breast pieces in 1 Tbsp. Hickory Smoked Grapeseed oil in a small skillet, seasoned with Wildtree's Memphis Dry Rub. When about done put 1 Tbsp. Wildtree's Sweet & Smoky Glaze on for about 1 minute. While making the chicken, steam some fresh vegetables, which I had some fresh asparagus. Then added a little butter on it with a little sea salt. Then sprinkled a little of Wildtree's GF Kids Cheese. So I had my supper made in about 20 minutes!!!

Sunday dinner was made in less than 30 minutes. Made chicken stir-fry with Asian blend of vegetables & chicken, seasoned Wildtree's Outrageous Sauce. The rice was seasoned with Wildtree's Cilantro Rice blend. Finished our meal with a piece of fresh rhubarb pie & coffee!!! Rhubarb was from our small garden.

What for dinner tonight at the Miller home? I took this recipe and Wildtree'd it!!! In place of olive oil, I used Wildtree's Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil. Since I don't like hot chili pepper flakes, I used Wildtree's Red Bell Pepper & Garlic blend (which was flakes) and in place of salt I used a little Wildtree's Gourmet Sea Salt~Garlic!!! Was tasty!!!! I also use cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

Puff Pastry Zucchini Tart A simple zucchini tart made with puff pastry, ricotta, lemon and chili flakes. Blogging has changed so much from when I first started six years ago. So much. There was no Pinterest, algorithms weren't the complicated beasts

The make ahead meals are great when you have a busy life style and don't have time to plan your meals... Make 10 or 20 (if there is just 2 of you in your home) and put in the freezer. Then pull out one the day before and put in fridge and supper is planned!!! Check out the different ones available on my website!!!
