The best way i find to get that cup of blueberries in is a nice morning smoothie. Just blend together 2 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp of date syrup or 2 medjool dates, 1/2 C frozen strawberries, 1tbsp almond butter, and one heaping cup of blueberries. Add about 1 to 1.5C h**p seed or any kind of milk and blend well. This will serve 2 or one hungry individual.

I really don’t notice to much of a difference between the brand i use, Daiya and regular cheese. It’s good to even use vegan cheese as a substitute to cut out the high fat / cholesterol of normal cheese.
