It’s awhile since I’ve shared my life update, and there’s a good reason for that: Life’s been a whirlwind 🌪️lately, keeping me on my toes😜

Becoming a dad to an amazing 8-month-old is the most rewarding (but honestly very time consuming!) experience ever 😅 On top of that, I’ve been busy delivering my services to my patients, optimizing my own home for my family, setting up my new center, managing a fantastic team, and embarking on my PhD (still in the early stages😬)

While my workouts haven’t been as frequent or intense as they used to be (Imagine it’s miserably only 3x a month with less than an hour each time 😭), and I’ve definitely lost muscle mass 😞

But that’s a sacrifice I need to go through for now. Despite no workout, no strict dietary🍽️ my internal health is still good thanks to Biohack and I am proud to achieve that naturally & practically (Swipe to see my proof 😁)

Here’s the thing: progress isn’t always linear in all areas of your life. Sometimes, life gets busy, and that’s okay! We work on whatever we can do.

June is my month to get back on track with more consistent workouts. It might be tough with everything going on, but I’m determined!🔥

Life update (and a long overdue one!): Being a dad is truly the most incredible, yet wildly overwhelming experience! It’s forced me to re-evaluate everything and prioritize like never before 🕰️

But amidst the diaper changes and sleep deprivation, this dream has kept me going: Our very own *Nutritional & Functional Medicine practice in our office is finally coming to life!* 🌈

For over 3 years, I’ve poured my heart into helping many of my clients (& some of you reading this post) to achieve optimal health remotely 💙

I can’t believe how much he has grown and changed in just half a year. Daily now he starts to crawl, roll over, sleeps 10 hours through the night & babbles. His 2 🦷 is out & his smile melts our heart every time 😀

2023. The year I traded sleep for endless smiles, diaper duty for a love I never knew existed, and “me” for “we. Fatherhood blindsided me with its beauty, revealing depths of myself I never knew existed.

In 2024, the bar is set. Husband, father, leader of my company – I wear these crowns with humility and fire. Every diaper change, lullaby, cry & giggle is like a masterpiece unfolding in a new wonderful chapter of my life. I may miss my own solo pursuits like working till late, training hard at the gym , research time & selfish sleep but I honestly wouldn’t mind missing those to feel the happiest in my life.

Gratitude flows through me like a river. For the perfect partner .shiu , healthy baby boy .mah , and the lessons learned that led us here. For the guiding hands, the serendipitous connections, and the ever growing knowledge & experience that made us where we are today.

My life compass only points one way now – towards serving my family and beyond. May 2024 be a year of boundless giving, and to bestow blessings on all that I cross path with.
Thank you, 2023. Thank you, past. Let’s welcome 2024 with greater love and endless service. The masterpiece awaits.

Why Paris as our year end trip?

Besides our anniversary falls on 25 Dec, we have always wanted to travel there together 👫

3 years ago when me and .shiu first dated, she had to left to Paris not too long after that. It was during that time our relationship started. While she was taking a stroll in the most Romantic city, she thought of me ☺️and we had our long text still despite being apart✈️

Those moment means a lot to us because we can still feel for each other despite the distance 🌌

Finally now we’re here, it does feels like the place where our romance started ✨
