For this shot I wanted to have the focus on Bobby's eyes. It is a pretty simple set up. We did this in a living room with a portable black fabric back ground. I then set up a single light close to the floor and aimed up almost parallel to the floor. I had Bobby lean into the light to give some extra emphasis on his eyes with his chin brought down a bit.

Portland Camera Service is now accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Associate position. 

Portland Camera Service was established in order to provide professional photographers and enthusiasts with services, products, and education in Portland, Oregon.
Located in the Hillsdale neighborhood; Portland Camera Service offers maintenance services for all types of photography equipment. With experienced technicians, cameras are cleaned, calibrated, inspected, and tested for performance. 
Portland Camera Service also offers various classes and private lessons in lighting, photography, and editing for beginners and professionals alike.

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to help run the front end of the business. 

The Associate will work directly with the owner and help handle the day to day necessities of the business and be a point of contact for customers. 

If you’re interested in or knowledgeable about cameras and photography, are able to independently and efficiently manage your time, and like working with customers to make sure they always have a good experience, this may be the right position for you! 

Job duties include:
-Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email. 
-Answering phones.
-Taking messages and relaying information accurately and efficiently. 
-Keeping the retail area clean and organized.
-Scheduling appointments and class enrollments.
-Performing camera cleaning tasks (we will train the right candidate)
-Performing focus calibration tasks (we will train the right candidate)

Camera/Photography experience preferred.
Attention to detail is a must.
Must have basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. 
Previous customer service experience preferred. 

MUST follow Oregon state and Multnomah County social distancing requirements and MUST be able to wear a face mask while working.
