So where do I start..
I had a tired run down house in Ladybrook, that I wanted to make fantastic ready for a young couple or family to have somewhere to be proud of.
I made the decision to give the job to a man I checked online had numerous 5 star reviews. Mark Jelley and MJ's Brickwork what a mistake that was. During the 5 weeks he was at the property he hired 4 unskilled boys off a site he had been working at where the money ran out, to do nothing more than stand around. They had parties in the house with drugs and alcohol. Dangerous weapons were stored in the house. Every job seemed to be left 90% completed. Scaffolding put up and no permit applied for. The house left open to the elements, resulting in the kitchen ceiling coming down. Damage to the roof, that they weren't even working on. Money taken for materials and spent without ordering the materials, then he walked off the job because he realised it was beyond him. (with that money)

But he's still out there trying to get more projects and jobs. He hasn't paid third party suppliers. He doesn't pay his labourers. He is a complete loser who allegedly spends most of his time coked off his nut with your materials money.
