In a recent business opportunity day attended by business owners from varying industries, Arch. Freddy Bautista had the privilege to deliver one of the benefits of being part of a referral organization that is Business Network International (BNI). Being a Past President of the BNI Eagles Chapter, Arch. Freddy covered Education and Training as a key component to business growth and development. To remain relevant, keep on learning.

We, at ABB ArchitecturalS, are honored to serve as the Green Consultants for a leading industry pioneer whose directions covers that of ESG principles. With the aim of achieving a green certification for their existing twin towers, a kick-off meeting was recently held to pave the way towards sustainability.

The Path to Sustainability is not limited to new buildings. In reality, the percentage of new buildings to the existing buildings presents a lesser impact on reducing our carbon emissions. Attention should also be given to the bigger number of existing structures that has to be assessed and can benefit the most from sustainability upgrades.

To further a more systematized approach, going for green certifications presents options for measurable savings in energy, water, and materials.

ABB ArchitecturalS had the opportunity to be represented at the recent Net Zero Building and Net Zero Summit 2023. The group was headed by its Principal Architect, Freddy Bautista, who had the honor to Chair the panel on Green and Thriving Neighborhoods: A path to Net Zero. The Summit provided new learnings and showed an increased commitment of various stakeholders towards Net Zero Building.

Net Zero Building & Net Zero City Summit Philippines 2023 has announced the participation of one of its speakers, Arch. FREDDY BAUTISTA, UAP, GreenAP, GREEEN ADP. This will be held on the 10th of January 2023 at Dusit Thani Manila Philippines.
