Apple Cider Vinegar might smell and taste horrendous, but it’s actually one of nature’s greatest gifts for our health. Have no idea what to do with it? Here are 3 ways I use ACV for its epic healing properties.
🥃 Sore throat- Gargle 1 tbsp of ACV mixed with water throughout the day to kill bacteria.
🥃 Digestive issues- Drink a 1 tbsp of ACV mixed with warm water to improve bloating or heartburn.
🥃 Breakouts- Dab 1 tsp ACV onto a cotton pad and use as a toner/spot treatment before bed.

. What we digest every day plays a HUGE part in how we feel mentally and emotionally. If you want to be more energetic, positive and vibrant, it’s all about switching up your choices. One thing I like to ask myself before meals is “How will this make me feel?”. If the answer is “like crap” I’ll often decide it’s just not worth it for a moment of indulgence. We really are more in control of our health and happiness than we give ourselves credit for 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for everyone's interest in our Bali retreat. We are so excited to deliver you something amazing…however, we’ve had a slight hiccup.
Our fearless yoga teacher, has broken her arm with her superhuman moves on the slopes of Switzerland!
We will still be running our epic retreat, however we will be shifting the dates to September 16th-22nd when she is back in full swing.
