After it sat for 2 years, Mel Slim was given possession of the building in 2015 by a middle party who was told to watch the building by the landlord since she had recently acquired it from divorce and wanted nothing to do with it.
Fast forward 6 years later, the estranged ex-husband pops up to finesse the property back & gets The ex-wife to sell the deed to their daughter for $1 and operate on her behalf.
At mediation court Feb. 2022, he gets the owner to recant her story to say she never told or gave permission because she is scared for her life and has been running state to state from him since their divorce. Smh
At that point, all of our leverage was GONE. We didn’t break in there, was no squatting etc. We were given the keys and told to do what we wanted but our agreement was NOT written down! ✍🏾✍🏾✍🏾 Pt. 2 Tomorrow
