Yesterday's Dig Deeper 30 Upper Body
30 minutes of active stretching with Autumn Calabrese.
Dig Deeper 30--workout 6 of the week-Steady State Cardio 4.
This workout was so much fun y'all! Cardio is not my cup of tea, even though is what I've done most of my fitness journey-but I have always killed it. I actually enjoyed doing this one, it wasn't easy with all my pains, even though it's low impact. Feeling pumped!

Omg...my arms are done for the year 🤦🏽♀️. I'm really liking this program, it's a short version of the origin Dig Deeper which I did a round of. 45-50 is a bit too long for me, 30 minutes hits the spot.
3 Day Split--Build Up!
Omg this was crazy, 50 minutes felt like 2 years. I didn't mod nor take a break, it felt amazing.

So I'm still doing 3 Day Split but on weekends, the workouts are 45-50 minutes long and I don't have the time nor energy on weekdays. The Yoga program I was doing I didn't realize it was only 5 days long. I'm trying to at least get a short workout in everyday. I'm doing it at work because it ain't gonna happen when I get home-I still have to come and cook and I don't get home before 8:30.
Yesterday I did Muscle Burns Fat--Upper Body Burn...and today I did Shaun:20 Total Body Sculpt.
3 Day Split Rear View and Abs. These workouts are intense.

I'm not working out everyday because I just can't, it's not even about time, I do work 12 hours everyday but I used to make time for my workouts, they were my life- now-not so much. My body just hurts all day, and let's not even talk about energy, because there is nowhere to go to be found...I'm only lifting 5s and 7.5s here, and even that was hard.
I started a new program with Autumn, it's called 3 Day Split. So it's only 3 days a week, I can pick the days. Some workouts are 50 minutes, not particularly fond of that but....so this is Saturday's workout.
I've been working out but been busy....
Monday--Pure Cardio at work before work.
Tuesday---Cardio Circuit at work before work.
Wednesday---Total Body Sculpt at home after work.
I haven't worked out in 2 weeks--since school started, I was giving my body time to adjust to my new schedule, bs k to working 12 hours. I burnt my self out last year, I don't need that again. I have already had more than one job, and I never had a problem. I feel like my body is shutting down. I never thought I would feel this.... be this tired and in pain. I'm definitely not what I used to be. I've been working out on weekends, which is not my norm. I got up early today and did Shaun:20 Total Body Sculpt. I'm exhausted now, I plan on doing it again tomorrow, but if I can't I will definitely do it every other day.

My workouts have felt different since Saturday. I feel like I'm more focus when I'm working out, I've been enjoying them like I used to--unfortunately that will soon come to an end since I'm going back to work next Thursday- my summer break is over.

Holy cow, I had forgotten how insane 360 ABS was. Oh it felt good though.
Ok so I had to skip some of my workouts last week, but I made them up over the weekend...I know it doesn't make any since to make them up, but I did anyway, so I'm all caught up, finished week 2 yesterday and started week 3 today.
A recap of my week. I started Transform:20 on Monday. Although I love to workout and I really look forward to working out, I have been motivated for a long time now, and I just make myself workout. So much going on, and so much not going on at the same time. I'm being challenged physically, mentally and emotionally. I can't workout without at my potential and it kills me I feel like just giving up. I'm praying I don't, because I have never given up on myself. This is my favorite program ever, I did 6 rounds of it in the past. I'm hoping to stay motivated with it for a while.
Transform: 20 Week 1, Day 2--FASTER! This is quite a challenge for me now.

Another excellent workout this afternoon--Transform:20 THE CUT from week 4 The Climb Phase. This program is so 🔥 ! 3.6 miles. It wasn't as easy today as I went to work this morning to help out, but I'm committed to myself these 2 months that I'm not working, I know things will get tough again come August when school starts again, I gotta take advantage of this time.
