Night-time Routine
How long do your bedtime routines take? Mine was way longer then this video actually showed.🤣 For Connor I hooked him up with some Eucalyptus and Lavender. We use a diffuser and humidifier with oils in Connor's room. He has been feeling the changes of the seasons. Avery gets some Seedlings Calm blend in the Feather the Owl diffuser. For mom and dad we get Lavender, Jade Lemon, and Stress Away in YL's Rainstone diffuser. Newborn + lack of sleep= a huge need for oils
