We saw so many PR’s from our crew. We have a very dedicated bunch, in & out of the weight room. It’s nice having such a close knit group to pursue with. The progression doesn’t stop here though.

We are hosting the Wisconsin Collegiate State meet Feb. 15th.. For now we celebrate, but it’s “back to the drawing board” next week. Keep the gainz rolling! @ Univ. of Wisconsin-Eau Claire McPhee Center

She has shown great dedication and improvement in such short time, we can't wait to see what she will do next 💪.

Congratulations to everyone who competed at the 2018 USA Powerlifting Wisconsin State Open! We had a blast giving back and volunteering today! Always a great time when spent around good people and barbells 😁 We are very excited to get back to training as a team as school is starting this week! 🐾

If you're not competing, be sure to stop by to watch some of the action! Admission is FREE for UWM students with their school ID! If you don't attend UWM, don't worry! Admission will be $5 for the public and $2 for Non-UWM students with your school ID! Lifting starts at 9 A.M! Good luck and see you there! 🐾🐾
