Practice will be Tuesday this week beginners at 530 til 630 and advanced 645 til 745. There will be no practice Thursday due to us traveling to support the football team at the state championship game. Also a little message from Tyler Linderbaum wrestler and now starting center for the Baltimore Ravens.
Happy Thanksgiving! Remember your commercial excercise challenge. We will see you on Tuesday!
Practice next week Tuesday November 28th 530-630 for beginners and 645-745 for advanced. Thursday will be the regular times.

We are still accepting Registration for our program. We have had an amazing response! We definitely have room for more! Wrestling on the shore is growing and we are ready for it !!!!!!
The advanced class said step back we got this. They are ready and eager to learn.
The first night for our beginners session looking good. Wrestlers came ready to work. It's not too late we have room for more.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Hoopers Crab House in support of our fundraiser! We had a HUGE turnout ! So wonderful to see so many of our wrestling families and supporters! Our 50/50 winner donated the winnings back to our program and our mystery boxes sold out in 30 minutes ! We cant thank you all enough! 🦀🤼♂️😍
