If you aren't a fan of vinegar's that is okay try our apple rings and apple leather. If the season is right you can find us carrying local fruit leathers. This fall we will be releasing our Fredricksburg Peach and Strawberry Vinegar's. Be sure to find us at the local farmers market.

The Apple Lady has been busy!
Come down and try our new Fig Balsamic Spread. It's fab on Goat Cheese, over grilled pork or on a grown up grilled cheese sandwich. The uses are endless
Also, we've got new fruit infused vinegars like Cranberry-Lemon, Strawberry Mint, and Blackberry. These are great to use in Salad dressings or in a refreshing Shrub drink. Next Saturday we will have a Lavender-Pineapple Vinegar - this one is a real winner!
