Have you been perplexed pondering the possibility of finding something different to serve as this holiday season’s appetizer? These Inside-Out Potato Bites are a fun and easy to prepare tasty snack. Because I have given up tasty oriel products thanks to seeing so many cute rescue piggies on socmed, I have updated the recipe to include thinly sliced smoked duck breast as an additional bacon substitution suggestion. The bites made with a ducky swap are soooooo delicious!!! If you do not have access to smoked duck, regular duck breast would also be amazing. Be sure to get that sliver of duck fat nice and crispy!
