This is the official company page of Hearts and Promises. Here is where we will post updates on sales and when new colors are being released. All polishes are 5-free and are hand mixed and poured by myself. There may be slight variances in color due to this, but I make every effort possible to keep the colors as close to the original as possible. I hope everyone enjoys the polishes as much as I love creating them for you!
