4H Growing Field

4H Growing Field is a community service project Hoog is eager to spread the word about this unique project and to speak to youth all over the world.

Started in January 2011 at the Colorado Leadership Development Conference, the 4H Growing Field Community Service Project empowers High School-age youth to read to and motivate elementary school children to follow their dreams.
