One serving of MassOMEGA contains 675 mg of total Omega-3, 440 mg of DHA, 130 mg of EPA, and 105 mg of other Omega-3s. In addition one serving contains 70 mg Omega-6, 70 mg Omega-7 and 260 mg Omega-9. A serving size is two 1000 mg soft gels.
