This is what I have going in the diffuser today! A friend concocted the most amazing diffuser replacement for anyone obsessed with Anthropologie's Volcano candle. A much safer way to enjoy the delicious scent!
Recipe:
5 drops grapefruit
3 drops lime
5 drops orange
2 drops northern lights black spruce

Got to the gym this morning and the school called....102.5 temp for my 6 year old. We don’t have time to be sick and I hate seeing my girls not feeling well. Time for a nice long detox bath soak!

For kids - 2 cups baking soda, 2 cups epsom salt and 2 cups hydrogen peroxide in as warm of water as they can handle (as a parent, you know what’s best....). Soak for 20-30 min.

This is how my morning is starting off! and to the rescue already! I have lots to get done and running on empty. AND I️ have a nice travel breath spray that I made using ! Boosting my immunity and it tastes so good!
