HELD, NOT HEALED

Stop trying to heal yourself, fix yourself,
even awaken yourself.
Stop trying to Fast-Forward the movie of your life.
Let go of 'letting go'.
Healing is not a destination.
Be here.

Your pain, your sorrow, your doubts, your longings,
your fearful thoughts: they are not mistakes,
and they are not asking to be 'healed'.
They are asking to be held. Here, now, lightly,
in the loving, healing arms of present awareness…

“Peace is not something you can force on anything or anyone... much less upon one's own mind. It is like trying to quiet the ocean by pressing upon the waves. Sanity lies in somehow opening to the chaos, allowing anxiety, moving deeply into the tumult, diving into the waves, where underneath, within, peace simply is.”

We've been overwhelmed by the response to our hand sanitiser - now named Wight Wash.

We are super busy processing orders, packaging and distributing to local organisations, including St Mary's Isle of Wight NHS Trust, South Wight Medical Practice, Medina House, Isle of Wight Ambulance Service, Hampshire Air Ambulance and Downside Community Centre.

We are working hard to look after frontline key workers, so please do be patient if you have made an enquiry.

Our huge thanks goes out to all NHS and other frontline staff who are working tirelessly to protect the community. We've been utterly blown away by the sheer hard work, kindness and community spirit we've seen in recent weeks - thank you to all.
