Dear Hiring Managers,

We get it. You're busy and you have a ton of applicants, BUT... FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR APPLICANTS! It's hard applying for jobs just as much as it is hard reviewing & interviewing applicants.

If you're interested or not interested in moving forward, just be clear about your intention, so they can move forward. Leaving people's hope in the balance can definitely give selfish and self-righteous vibes. Not the best way to start off with a potential new employee.

Respect their process just like you'd want someone to do the same for you...

We are constantly focused on the construct on the past outcomes repeating themselves in the future outcomes. We rarely see ourselves as the creators of the positive or negative outcomes of our circumstances.

Let's try this: Every negatively perceived outcome, we instantly accept it, but suggest "What if the opposite happened instead? How would that outcome make me feel?"
