I Had the absolute pleasure of doing this for one of my best friends.

3 layers of Victoria Sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, finished with spheres, foam clouds, edible gold and a pink themed teddy. 😍😍

* Colours used *mill- sage
- extra white

Triple layer of 4” vanilla & lotus marble cake, stacked with coconut buttercream, coated in vanilla buttercream. Decorated with buttercream roses, gold leaf, lotus biscoff biscuits & raffaello sweets.

It’s a blessing and a curse for Howard that I will obviously do him a cake for his birthday. Only problem is he never gets to choose- it’s always my “free” time to design and just see what happens!!

This was unreal. Lotus biscoff crumb cake. Layers of vanilla & caramel marble sponge, vanilla buttercream, lotus ganache and lotus biscuits, coated in vanilla buttercream and rolled in lotus biscuit crumbs 🤤🤤🤤

It took a while for me to decide what cake to make Oliver for his birthday but I’m SO happy how it turned out 🥰🥰🥰

And that’s Christmas wrapped up in a bow! 🎀🎁

Felt like I’ve lost my mojo over the past few months… maybe it’s trying to juggle two children, and not having time to allow myself to think about/picture cakes; who knows.

This cake was purely thrown together last minute as I just didn’t know what to create for my own birthday. Very much a “see what happens” cake- and I actually love how it turned out!

Glad I know my creativity is in there still… it just needs some child free time to be let out!!
