This event promises to be insightful, and we encourage all faculty members and students to attend and participate. Teri Kuffel from Arise and Aaron Holm from Wiggle Your Toes, who are also members of MSOPP, will present about the “So Minnesotans Can Move” bill, why it’s important for the students to be engaged in the amputee community, and how we can get this bill passed in Minnesota.

we are so grateful that our chapter still continues to serve even in the summer time! We were able to volunteer at x this past weekend. It was a great time for a great cause!

My name is Tanya Babych. I am majoring in Orthotics & Prosthetics Clinical Applications. My greatest academic goal is to earn a master's degree and become a CPO/LPO. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, reading, working out at the gym, and volunteering. I am happy to be elected as a Vice President of Operations for the Phi Theta Kappa and I hope to maintain the high level of quality and professionalism. By joining PTK I wish to improve my leadership skills and make an impact on the students' college experience.

We have enjoyed this experience so much and are so grateful to have had this opportunity to attend. We gained valuable knowledge that we can not only bring to our current PTK chapter but our student body as well. We were able to sit with college Presidents and learn how to be an invaluable student and leader. We learned about implicit bias, and SO MUCH MORE.

Congratulations to Phi Theta Kappa Chapter President Marissa Torres on her election as an officer to the PTK Minn-Kota regional chapter!

Marissa will represent the chapter and region at the upcoming Catalyst conference in Columbus, Ohio, and will be the flag bearer for the region during the national conference ceremonies!

PTK is an international two-year community and technical college honor society, whose mission is to "is to develop professional and academic skills in key areas of service, fellowship, research, and leadership for members and their future."
