Following a turbulent year that nearly broke up the band, The Rosa Riot has released “The Beautiful Art Of Falling Apart”. The frenetic Danish-Icelandic five piece’s self-produced debut album features 10 tracks reflecting dark and crazy times, near death experiences, divorce, desperation, devotion as well as a good portion of lust for life.

The music spands from old school garage rock to white noise. From a burned-out ballad with a twist of gospel to the psychedelic hymn “Heavy Goods”, where even the carpet is being played on...

The album was recorded by Jens Benz (ex. Powersolo, Heavy Trash) and mixed and mastered by Anders Sandau Christiansen, Christian Agaton and Jakob Zerahn. BIOGRAPHY:
The Rosa Riot is a Danish-Icelandic band hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark. Raw garage rock mixed with white noise and psychedelic undertones. The Rosa Riot kicked off as a duo in Reykjavik, Iceland, in October 2011. Shortly after The Rosa Riot was a frenetic five piece and set off for England, Belgium and Germany in the Spring of 2012 as well as tearing up stages in Denmark. The Rosa Riot has released an album, two EP’s, a couple of singles and among many others worked with the American producer legend Mark Kramer (Sonic Youth, Lou Reed, Daniel Johnston etc.).
