Available everyday after 4PM. Served on our 14"x8" rectangular Pinsa Romana crusts in both full and half size portions. Our crusts are made with a blend of wheat, soy and rice flours. This modern blend of flours, high hydration, slow fermented dough results in a crust that is crispy, light and easier to digest.
