Daybreak Advanced Massage Programs

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING CLASS COMING TO EL PASO IN JULY!

If you want to become a Massage Therapy Instructor, or if teaching Continuing-Education Classes is in your future, you must complete a 30-Hour “Teaching the Adult” class. It is a requirement in Texas and many other states for a school instructor and/or for the continuing-education license. Texas also requires the Instructor license before you are able to obtain your Continuing-Education license.

This class will begin on Saturday, July 25, and be offered for the next three consecutive Saturdays, ending on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Each class will be 8 hours with the exception of the last class that will be 6 hours. Class will begin at 8:30 am and end at 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch at 12:30 pm.

The location will be announced after the final registration count is in.
The cost of the class is $300. Cash, Check or Credit Cards are accepted. Two payments of $150 are acceptable - $150 at the first class and $150 at the beginning of the third class.

My name is Barbara Ollis. I have been a massage therapist for 29 years providing over 35,000 massages in my career. I was a massage therapy instructor in New Mexico and Texas for over 14 years and a Continuing-Education provider for over 18 years. I was the primary instructor at the Southwestern College of Massage Therapy in Clovis, NM, for 4 years; I was the first local teacher for the Austin Schools of Massage Therapy starting in 1998, ending up as the Program Director and Senior Instructor in 2008. I wrote a 500-hour Massage Program and helped establish the Axis Business Academy Massage School where I was the Program Director and Senior Instructor in 2010-2012. I taught Continuing-Education classes from 1994 through 2012, and again in 2019.

There will be no registration at the door. Registration must be completed by Monday, July 20, 2020.
