Something to think about. Vegetables and Fruits first. Nuts, Seeds, whole grains, beans/legumes, and add in those spices. If we fill up on the good stuff first it leaves less room for the junk.
An easy way to curb that sweet tooth.......

Freeze those Bananas. Put them in a blender with a splash of
nut milk (or other plant-based milk of choice).
Add in's of your choice:
pumpkin or apple pie spice ππ
A little almond or all-natural peanut butter π₯
cinnamon
vanilla extract
frozen strawberries/peaches/pineapple/mango or any other fruit of choice πππ₯ππ«π₯₯
a little protein powder
any other healthy option of your liking
Blend all together adding the nut milk until the consistency of ice cream.
