KidzKan is an Ofsted registered child minding service that offers quality care of the highest standard to young children, in a warm and caring environment.
With 15 years experience within childcare I am committed to providing a high quality of care, learning and development for children aged 0 - 5 years within a homely atmosphere, where children will feel welcome, happy and valued. Children learn through play, therefore I will deliver individualized learning following the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). This enables children to develop and make
progress at their own pace, enabling them to fulfill their potential. I will provide children with opportunities to explore discover and be spontaneous, using all their senses. Within the playroom children will have access to a wide range of resources through continuous provision to suit their age/developmental stages of learning, as well as an outdoor play area which is equally resourced to bring enjoyment as well as support their learning. I will also provide further opportunities through outings such as trips to the park, farm, swimming, playgroups, libraries etc. I aim to provide children with as many fun experiences throughout their journey with me at KidzKan. I hold a food hygiene qualification and all food will be home made by myself, where I will provide a well balanced diet providing children with healthy fulfilling meals any special dietary requirements will be met. I also have policies, procedures and several risk assessments in place as the care and safety of your children is paramount. I will work closely with parents to create a professional working relationship and rely on continued communication to form ongoing partnerships for the well being of the children. My aim is for children to be happy, enjoy and have fun whilst I strive to accommodate each individual child’s needs.
