Here is a picture of The Entrenchment near Trimulgherry (the stretch from Rajiv Rahadari to Military Hospital and southward to AOC Centre. the picture was taken by Raja Deendayal sometime in the 1880s.
The British built the "Entrenchment", which is a fort constructed at ground level, after the 1857 Mutiny to buttress their security as they felt insecure. The hills visible in the distance are probably Malkajgiri and Mahendra Hills. If this is correct, then the picture seems to be taken from the northern side (All Saints Road perhaps?).
