I was melting myself in my workshop yesterday, but casting went really well. Now the cleaning and polishing begins!
Prepping up moulds for an early start tomorrow to do the casting. I don't fancy casting at my usual time in the middle of the day , with a hot day forecast, so plan to fire up my kiln at 5am ..

What a wonderful day at Delawarr, Lymington yesterday! We are here from 9 until the raffle at 1 pm, so come along and do some Christmas shopping at the 25 stalls.
It's a bit wet and miserable on the market today but I do have some lovely new pieces! I've finally found a company that does beautiful guilding work. I only sent off a few pieces and am delighted with them. They are all silver with a decent layer of 24 carat gold.
Not long to go now until this fantastic event! The raffle is incredible and all for a wonderful cause. Come along and do some Christmas shopping!
