Troy is working on several projects including his second non-fiction book about the power of creativity—a follow up to My Happy Workplace.
As a certified adult trainer for the last 20 years, Troy combines the principles of adult education with his knowledge of what he calls Creative Spirituality to create unique learning environments that inspire growth and positive action for change. He has just finished the first novel in an epic fantasy fiction series called The Junkyard and he writes a weekly blog post. He currently resides with his wife and daughter on the south shore of beautiful Nova Scotia.

As a certified adult educator for the last 20 years, Troy combines the principles of Adult Education and Experiential Learning with his knowledge of personal development technologies and modalities, to create unique learning environments that inspire growth and positive action for change.
Troy is a certified Adult Education instructor from St. FX University, a certified Kaizen Leader and an EFT Practitioner.
