🧪 If you visited this week you probably noticed we had some issues with our roll stations not freezing well (due to electrical issues) so we are having our electric worked on today, as well as the AC 🥵 (some of you mentioned it being a little warm inside 😁) We will reopen Friday Sept 6th. Thank you all again for your patience during the soft opening. We're slowly working our way to 7 days a week 🫶

✨️Also!!! We officially have nitrogen again. Dragons breath, shakes, Nitro sundaes, smoking drinks.. it's allllll available. Pumpkin pie flavor starts tomorrow!

🍦We had such an INCREDIBLE day yesterday for the first official day open. You guys definitely showed up to support and we can't thank you enough! Even though we don't have nitrogen ice cream available....you all still made sure to show the love 🫶

We're pushing the opening day to Wednesday 12pm-9pm, so we can fully be prepared for you guys. Please please please be patient with us, since we won't have the nitrogen side of things... and we have only so many rolled ice cream stations available, it may take a little longer than usual. However we can guarantee it's worth the wait.

Also.. there's some scammers replying to comments. We deleted the post so nobody else clicks the links that were sent. However everyone's name is in a spinner and we will announce the winner tomorrow at 12pm!

🧪Well this was a post we never expected to be making. Please bear through this long post. Right after announcing the soft opening.. the shop was robbed of the nitrogen levers. So our question to you all... would you guys still be willing to rally behind us and show up Tuesday, with all the love in the world if we only had rolled ice cream? We will have ice cream tacos, rolled sundaes, smoking drinks and possibly dragons breath🤞but the nitrogen ice cream will be unavailable until we can afford more nitrogen levers to replace the ones stolen. Please let us know your thoughts.... and we hope you'll support through this extremely difficult time. Here is a before picture of the levers and after they were ripped out.

BIG UPDATE! There are a few changes to the plans, for the better. We originally planned to open in our own building by this summer. Nonetheless for us to be able to open this year, we wouldn’t be able to make that happen going into our building with construction time, permits and other obstacles that come with a new build and new land. So, we have decided it’s been long enough, we don’t want to keep any of our wonderful customers waiting any longer. We will use the building for a second location later, but for now we will be OFFICIALLY headed to a SUPER great spot downtown, back to the west side where The Ice Cream Lab was born! We feel so honored that our PHENOMENAL broker was able to get us such a fantastic location directly across from Acacia Park. We truly feel honored to be asked to join such an awesome community in the heart of Colorado Springs. We look forward to you all joining us very soon for the grand reopening. Again, we thank you guys for you patience and think you guys will love this location just as much as we do. We are holding off on the exact address for now... just to keep traffic down in that area for construction/remodel of the building. However, progress pics will be posted soon!

In the meantime.. we are still catering! We are completely booked thru July 24th, so get your catering events in soon!
