Sorry I will miss everyone this week at Lake Geneva Farmer's Market. I’m off to the beautiful state of CO for some eye candy 🤩 This picture was a couple of years ago but I miss it so I’m going back! See you all Sept. 19! 🤘🏽

Summer is not over and the Lake Geneva Farmer's Market is still in full swing with all the local produce 😍 All in favor of a daily farmer’s market! ✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼 This week I have some mouth watering 9” Dutch Apple Pies! 🥧 🤤 🍎

It’s the first day of school and hubby is also off work today which means this girl got a breakfast date! We went to Grandma Vickie's Cafe in Lake Geneva. They are very knowledgeable of celiac and cross contamination so they cook gluten free in a separate area just let your server know. They also have gf toast, bagels, and muffins! I really appreciate when a restaurant makes eating out possible. I opted for a skillet with veggies and provolone. 🤤

Guess what?! Due to always learning and being the best rule follower, with the exception of my driving speed 😬 🏎️, I have created a new focaccia flavor to replace my tomato basil because I’m not allowed to use fresh fruits and vegetables. But don’t worry! It’s even better!! See it turns out as a home baker I’m not allowed all kinds of things but I do try my best. I learn and I change and I move forward because my gluten-free peeps need me. So make sure to stop by, say hi, and hopefully snag yourself a new flavor! It’s also the last week to chat with my favorite summer helper before the school year begins. 😭

This morning was what my husband calls “R & D” day. Let’s just say this was some successful research and development. 😎🤤

If you met me in the alley then you probably heard me rave about Archives Bar and Grill in Burlington. Today I finally strayed from my beloved chicken tenders and tried their fish fry! Wholly yum! 🤤 psst….fish fry is the only fish I will actually eat so to have this made perfectly was phenomenal! Bravo Archives! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.

I haven’t had a Pb&j since my celiac diagnosis. This was heaven on my hamburger bun today! It brought back so many memories and just made me smile. 🤓🤓🤓🤓

I am so excited to share that I was able to make my hamburger buns dairy free! Look how soft they are inside?! I will be making them fresh for Thursday at Lake Geneva Farmer's Market.
