Have you found out about Tsavorite Garnets yet? .
They are rare and truly rival the highest quality Emerald. Their colour is vivid and saturated and the clarity and durability far outweighs the Emerald. The stone was only discovered in 1967 and, of course, Tiffany and Co jumped on it.
It is only found in the Tsavo Game Reserve in Kenya and in Tanzania.

This is a natural topaz that I finished cutting last month. It actually cleaved during the transfer, so I had to re-cut the crown and girdle. It turned out quite good though! 👏 .
