I am all for lifting heavier and I’m constantly leveling up my clients but what I’m really after is ✨more effort ✨ Those last few reps that make your face contort and the F bombs fly while being 100% committed to holding good form. 💪🏻 You DO need to lift heavy to achieve this, but you don’t have to try and be a powerlifter or break records either. The best way to make an exercise harder is to improve your form and slow down!  To many people are afraid of discomfort and pushing themselves- give yourself a mental peptalk before your set that you are going to be uncomfortable AF for a brief moment in time. Then go for it! It’s so much easier to keep your flexibility than to get it back once you’ve lost it! ✨ Table makers are great for activating the glutes & triceps while also stretching your chest and bicep muscles. 🌟 To get the most out of it- lift your hips as high as possible on each rep and squeeze your glutes for 2 seconds before lowering the hips. If you don’t have the mobility to do this one yet… Start with just glute bridges.
