We are Concretewave Freerunning, a small and growing freerunning team. We are currently in the works of getting our own freerunning gym, but we need your support! Like us, and share us around, and we will bring more awesome videos in the near future!
So, it's been a long time since this page has been active, not sure how many people even remember us, but I went out today after approximately a year of no training and apparently after losing some of the weight I put on from no training, my skills are about the same, something's even better, short little Snapchat clip for you here though -Alex "Spider" Wojtala
Well well well guys, here we are over a year later, the team sorta drifted apart, but ya know what? I'm really missing the freerunning days, about to get back to it I think, lemme know if you guys want Team ConcreteWave to make a comeback and also lets get that 1k likes!! - Alex "Spider" Wojtala
Why don't we all support g**s? Why don't all of us have humanity in our hearts? Why can't we celebrate black history month every month? Why can't we all support breast cancer every month? Why is there a su***de season? we should be watchful for su***de most, all of the time, not on a date that some statistic has been created from past events. Why can't all of the rich give even a dollar to the homeless? Why can't only half of Americans tell the truth even just 50% of the time? Why can't we act properly to cyber bullying? Why do we keep pushing for what we want instead of helping others who need more? why does more than half of the human race hate giving back to who deserve things more? Just something that's been on my mind since this morning. And you know what sucks? none of us humans as one could ever achieve just ONE of these things, ever. And don't say because we're not perfect, because you don't need a perfect human race to achieve just ONE of these things. ~ Spitfire

For those of you wondering, we did not quit the team and we don't plan on stopping this. I haven't been able to do anything really due to the crappy whether where I live.
